The Participant : name and surname entered in the registration form
The following has been agreed:
Article 1 – Purpose
The purpose of this document is to set out the terms and conditions for taking part in the ‘Dance and Relaxation’ package holiday, scheduled to take place from 16 to 23 March 2027 in the Dominican Republic, which includes, amongst other things, dance and leisure activities, as well as all-inclusive accommodation.
The Participant acknowledges that they have read the proposed programme at the time of booking and accepts that the services actually included in their package are those expressly stated in the programme and/or the marketing materials provided by the Organiser. Any services not mentioned as being included shall be at the Participant’s own expense.
Article 2 – Price, registration and payment terms
The total cost of the trip per participant is set at:
• 1,600 USD excluding tax, based on double occupancy,
• 2,213 USD excluding tax, based on single occupancy,
• 1,539 USD excluding tax, based on triple occupancy.
Registration becomes effective once the deposit specified by the Organiser has been paid. The Participant undertakes to comply with the payment terms and the following schedule:

Any delay in payment may result in the suspension or cancellation of the booking, without the Organiser being obliged to retain the booking. The Organiser may also request payment of any outstanding amounts before confirming that the booking will be maintained.
Article 3 – Cancellation
3.1 Cancellation by the Participant
Any cancellation made by the Participant, for any reason whatsoever, results in the forfeiture of any amounts already paid.
Payments made are neither refundable nor transferable, unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by the Organizer.
3.2 Cancellation by the Organiser
In the event that the Organizer cancels the trip, except in cases of force majeure (natural disaster, civil unrest, government order, pandemic, war, or any event beyond its control), the Organizer agrees to reimburse the Participant for the amounts actually paid for the trip, in accordance with the terms and conditions that will be communicated to the Participant.
No additional compensation may be claimed.
Article 4 – Program Changes
The program, schedule, activities, speakers, or any other aspect of the trip may be modified for organizational or safety reasons, due to weather conditions, or for any other circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control.
The Organizer will endeavor, whenever reasonably possible, to offer a replacement service of a comparable nature. Such changes shall not give rise to any refund or compensation.
Article 5 – Transportation
The Participant remains solely responsible for his or her own transportation to the meeting point or the host hotel, unless otherwise expressly provided by the Organizer.
The Organizer shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, lost luggage, missed connections, or any other failure attributable to transportation companies or service providers chosen by the Participant.
The Participant is responsible for ensuring the validity and compliance of their travel documents, including their passport, any visas or entry permits, required health documents, and, where applicable, the necessary authorizations for minors. It is the Participant’s responsibility to verify the applicable requirements before departure.
Article 6 – Accommodations
Accommodations are provided by the partner hotel listed in the trip itinerary and on the organization’s official website.
The Organizer acts solely as an intermediary between the Participant and the hotel.
Consequently, the Organizer cannot be held liable for any shortcomings, malfunctions, failures, or incidents related to the hotel’s management.
However, the Organizer agrees to forward any complaints or issues reported by participants to the hotel management to facilitate a prompt resolution.
Article 7 – Conduct of Participants
The Participant agrees to behave respectfully toward other participants, the organizers, the facilitators, the hotel staff, and anyone else encountered during the stay.
Any behavior that is violent, disrespectful, discriminatory, dangerous, disruptive, or that interferes with the smooth running of the trip or damages the Organizer’s reputation may result in the Participant’s immediate expulsion.
Such expulsion will be enforced without a refund of any amounts paid and without coverage of any additional costs that may result.
Article 8 – Compliance with Regulations
The Participant agrees to comply with:
• the Organizer’s rules and regulations;
• the safety instructions provided during the trip;
• the rules of the host hotel, including noise restrictions, smoking policies, and rules regarding the prevention of damage to facilities;
• the laws and regulations in effect in the locations visited.
Failure to comply with these provisions may result in the measures set forth in Article 7.
Article 9 – Liability
The Participant takes part in the various activities at his or her own risk.
The Organizer shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, losses, thefts, property damage, or incidents occurring during the trip, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct directly attributable to the Organizer.
In the event of an accident or incident, coverage will be provided by the insurance policies taken out by the Participant, the carrier, the hotel, or any other relevant service provider.
It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that they have appropriate insurance coverage (accident, liability, assistance, health, and travel).
Article 10 – Right of Publicity
The Participant grants the Organizer permission, free of charge, to take photographs, videos, and recordings during the stay.
The Participant authorizes their use, reproduction, distribution, and publication in any medium (website, social media, posters, brochures, press, promotional videos, or any other communication medium), exclusively for the purposes of the Organizer’s activities and promotion.
This authorization is granted for an unlimited period and without financial compensation.
Article 11 – Force Majeure
The Organizer shall not be held liable for the total or partial non-performance of the contract when such non-performance results from a force majeure event or circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, civil unrest, government decisions, pandemics, war, or similar events.
In such a situation, the Organizer will notify the Participants as soon as possible and will seek, where reasonably possible, an appropriate solution based on the circumstances and the service providers’ capabilities.
Article 12 – Personal Data
The information provided by the Participant is used solely for the purpose of organizing the trip and handling the administrative aspects of their registration.
It will not be disclosed to third parties, unless necessary for the purpose of carrying out the trip or required by law.
Article 13 – Replacement of a Participant
Any request to replace the Participant with another person who has not yet registered must be submitted in writing to the Organizer and remains subject to the Organizer’s prior approval, as well as to the terms and conditions imposed by the relevant service providers.
Any administrative fees, change fees, or additional costs charged by the trip’s service providers as a result of this replacement shall be borne by the Participant.
Article 14 – Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These General Terms and Conditions of Participation are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
In the event of any difficulty or dispute regarding the interpretation, performance, or termination of these General Terms and Conditions of Participation, the Participant agrees to first contact the Organizer to seek an amicable resolution.
If an amicable resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable period of time, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts.
Article 15 – Acceptance
Registration for the trip and payment of the reservation fee constitute full and unconditional acceptance of all the provisions set forth in these general terms and conditions of participation.
The Participant acknowledges having read and understood the general terms and conditions, the proposed itinerary, and the financial terms of the trip prior to registration.
